Azurity g!Management SOW

Introduction

The following summarizes what gotcha! Will provide for Azurity as part of our g!Management™ and g!Hosting™

g!Management™

gotcha! provides g!Management™ to all of Azurity websites. We have a dedicated Project Manager, Michael Jenkin, and a dedicated development team assigned to service all Azurity requests.

Project Management:

Teamwork: gotcha! uses Teamwork internally, as our central hub, to manage all work conducted for Azurity.

  • We have created a unique email address to be used by Azurity Account Manager for all requests sent to gotcha! azurity@gotchamobi.com
  • This email comes into our ticketing system and allows our internal monitors to flag such emails and create tasks under the appropriate projects for the Project Managers.
  • Key Objectives:

  • Change Management: To complete requests from the Azurity Account Manager as per our gotcha! Change Management Procedures.
Tasks are restricted to website coding and content updating such as:
    New web pages
    Landing page creation
    Image swap
    Content Updates
    Form Updates
    Uploading Blogs
    Uploading Case Studies
    Uploading Events
    Security & Optimization
    Strategy
    Software updates
    3rd party integration
    Monitoring Security
    Training
    Consulting
  • Website Stability:
Following gotcha! Change Management Procedures, we are to ensure that completed work does not affect other areas of the website.

    Observations and Recommendations:
Understand Azurity’s growth plan and ensure we support it.
If there is a better way to do something, we should document and discuss with the client.
If we see or feel another party could compromise our clients goals, we should discuss with the client.

    Continuous Improvement:
Keeping open lines of communication is essential.
Regular overall program update meetings with the client outside of change management requests is essential to staying current with client desires and progress support.

    Azurity Change Management Workflow:
